Returns & Refunds
Please check size charts and descriptions of items carefully before ordering. If in doubt please size up as kids definitely grow! If you order the wrong size you can exchange the item but the postage will come at cost to the buyer.
If the item is a custom print, the exchange will be dependent on fabric availability and turnaround time. If the item is a ready to post item, other sizes may not be available. In the event of no exchange being possible, a full refund or store credit will be offered. If the item you receive is faulty please contact me immediately and the item will be replaced at my cost.
Please email hello@, or use the contact form here, before sending an item back with your name, order number and date of order. Unless I have these details, I will not be able to process the return. Returns must be returned in a perfect, unwashed condition within 10 working days of emailing me. Any items showing signs or wear will not be replaced and be returned to you.
Once the item has been received and checked, I will send a full refund plus postage of the sent item (this does not include your return postage.) I recommend sending items tracked as no refunds will be given until items are received.
