Who is Alternativ Bones?

Alternativ Bones is just me! Alice. The business was named by my husband using my initials. Alternativ Bones was created to keep my mind and hands busy by creating children’s clothes with attitude.

Handmade in Worcestershire, Alternativ Bones began during Covid and my maternity leave for my 3rd small. I started sewing with jersey after my 2nd small would not fit into anything from the high street and every item was disappointingly blue because he was a boy. So I started making him funky leggings and I was away!

Alternativ bones has grown over the last 2 years into a bright and colourful brand with rainbows, ponies, bones and skulls all mixed together to make bold and quirky clothes for children and adults alike.
