The Snood: A soft, stretchy neck warmer that slips over the head to keep the neck warm without the bulk of a scarf.

Sizing Note: Our size guide is based on average head measurements, but the fabric has plenty of stretch — so your hat should fit comfortably even as your child grows. The 8–16Y hat size often fits many adults too! For snoods, adults may prefer the Teen+ size for a little extra room when pulling it over the head.

The main print fabric is a soft and stretchy blend of 95% Cotton and 5% elastane, designed for comfort and durability, perfect for all your little one’s adventures, no matter how big or how small. Linings on snoods can be one of the following: squish (95% polyester/ 5% elastane), alpine fleece (66% polyester, 30% cotton, 4% elastane) or teddy fleece (100% polyester)

Care Instructions Keep your snood feeling soft and looking its best: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Pop the snood in a net bag to protect the fabric from zips or velcro. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the fleece fibres. Lay flat or hang to air dry — please don’t tumble dry or iron directly on the fabric. Once dry, gently brush the fleece with a soft clothes brush to revive the fluff and keep it cosy wash after wash.

All items are handmade by me in my sewing shed. Each piece is hand-cut and sewn with attention to detail, with overlocked seams for strength and a high-quality finish. Pattern placement may vary slightly, making every item perfectly unique.
